2. How many land titles in each of the release areas are expected to be issued in 2010, in 2011, in 2012 or in 2013+.
Development of the Palmerston suburbs of Bellamack and Johnston are currently underway.

Bellamack will provide over 670 lots in the coming years with titles to the first lots to be issued in the middle of this year.

The first stage of Johnston will provide 200 blocks with land already being sold off the plan and titles expected to be issued by the start of 2011. The second stage of Johnston will provide another 290 lots and Government will shortly be calling for tenders for developers to develop this stage.

Zuccoli will be the next suburb to be developed in Palmerston and will provide around 1400 lots over the coming years. The Land Development Corporation will shortly be calling for a joint venture partner to develop the first 400 lots.

In the northern suburbs of Darwin, the Defence Housing Authority is developing Muirhead that will provide over 1000 residential lots. Development of the first stage to provide 160 lots is expected to commence in 2011.
