1. As of July 1st, how many people were on the banned drinkers register.
    2. As of August 1st, how many people were on the banned drinkers register.
      3. Please provide a breakdown of the number of people placed on the banned drinkers register for the month of July and the offences that had caused them to be placed on the register.
        4. How many people were placed in protective custody in the Northern Territory between July 1st 2009 and August 1st 2009 broken down according to whether they were placed in Police Protective Custody, a Sobering Up Shelter or the care of a relative.
          5. How many people were placed in protective custody in the Northern Territory between July 1st 2010 and August 1st 2010 broken down according to whether they were placed in Police Protective Custody, a Sobering Up Shelter or the care of a relative.
            6. How many people were placed in protective custody in the Northern Territory between July 1st 2011 and August 1st 2011 broken down according to whether they were placed in Police Protective Custody, a Sobering Up Shelter or the care of a relative.
              7. How many customers have had grog purchases refused because they were on the banned drinkers’ register.
                8. As of August 1st, how many orders have been issued by the Smart Courts.
                  9. How is information recorded regarding the identity of a person taken to a sobering up shelter and who is responsible for recording that information.
