1. Was Mr Mark Textor employed as a Ministerial staff member
in the Office of the Chief Minister; if so, on what date
did he cease full time employment.

2. If the answer to question 1 is yes, was any money, whether
by way of gratuity, fee for service or otherwise, provided
to Mr Textor following the cessation of his full-time
employment.

3. If the answer to question 2 is yes, what were the dates on
which payment was made and, where relevant, what was the
nature of the service to which each relates.
