1. Fund balance as at 30 June 1999 is $2,429,535.31
2. For the financial year 1998/99:
(a) $861,850 was deposited;
(b) 44 claims were made against the fund;
(c) 29 claims were successful incurring a total cost of $236,652.86 (individual claim details attached);
(d) no money was spent advertising the fund;
(e) brochures are available from TIO and consumers are advised of the requirement as part of the building approval process.
