1. There were no Ministers involved. Any involvement by public servants prior to publication was in the course of their normal duties regarding the placement of advertisements.

2. There were no Ministers involved. Any involvement by public servants in the various Agencies was in the course of their normal duties.

5. Materials, eg slides, bromides, photographs were provided if available.

7. Department of Lands, Housing and Local Government in September 1989 purchased 1 copy at a cost of $48 for use in the Public Library: the Department of Industries and Development ordered six copies at a cost of $240 ($40 ea) on 10 April 1988. Copies of the publication were supplied by the publisher and placed in hotel of the Trade Development Zone’s choice as a method of distribution of advertising.
