(b) Will all funds provided be expended by June 30th 2004? If not, why not.
(c) What (if any) performance measures exist to monitor the performance of the Regional Crime Prevention Councils, and who is responsible for such monitoring.
(d) Have any evaluations been undertaken in respect of any of the Regional Crime Prevention Councils. If so, what were the results? If no evaluations have occurred to date, is it intended to evaluate the Councils at some stage in the future, and if so, when.
