1. What was the involvement of the Chief Minister and/or
senior public servants in the period leading up to the
publication of the second and subsequent editions of the
publication of "Profile - Australia's Northern Territory".

2. Which Ministers and public servants were involved in the
decisions regarding advertising:

(a) by name; and
(b) by position.

3. Were any commitments made regarding the future purchase of
the publication by Government agencies.

4. Were any undertakings for financial assistance or
guarantees provided by the Government or any Department or
Government agency.

5. Were any materials or physical assistance of a non-
financial nature provided by the Government to the
publishers.

6. Was a decision made regarding future Government purchase of the publication; if so:

(a) who was involved;
(b) what were the details of the decision; and
(c) when was the decision made.

7. Following publication of the second and subsequent editions
of the publication "Profile - Australia's Northern
Territory", were purchases made by various Government
agencies; if so, what are the details of:

(a) the dates of purchase;
(b) the value of purchase; and
(c) the agency involved in the purchase.

8. Will the Chief Minister provide photocopies of all
documentation in relation to the information to be provided
in the above questions.
