1. In respect of the April 1995 Consultancy report, "An
Aboriginal Language Interpreter Service", which
recommendations have been accepted by the Northern
Territory Government to fulfil the Country Liberal Party's
1994 election promise to "develop a technical
interpreter/translator service within all service delivery
Departments, commencing with the Departments of Health
Services and Education".

2. Have any of the recommendations of the Report referred to
in question 1 not been accepted; if so, which have not been
accepted.

3. If the answer to question 2 is yes, what is the reason for
the recommendations not being accepted.

4. What is the deadline for the implementation of
recommendations of the Report which have been accepted.
